Located about five miles west of the city of Pittsburgh sits Rosslyn Farms. The small borough encompasses only about 9.6 square miles and has a population of 427 according to the 2010 census. It is north of Carnegie, east of Robinson Township, south of Thornburg and west of Crafton. It is in the Carlynton school district.
Rosslyn Farms is home to Parrish Park, named after it's founder, a delightful greenspace with playground equipment, picnic tables, a sport field and tennis courts for residents to enjoy. The borough also has a community swimming pool, and community building with library.
